Derrick Green
Real name: Derrick Leon Green
American metal vocalist and musician (b. 20 January 1971, Cleveland, Ohio); best known as the frontman of the (formerly all-Brazilian) band Sepultura. Derrick Green replaced Max Cavalera, one of Sepultura's original founders, who left the band over a disagreement. His older sister, Renée Green (b. 1959), is a distinguished contemporary visual artist and educator.
