Real name: Benny Lee Staples

New Zealand drummer and DJs\. He has a long list of credentials including being a founding member of '80s punk funk band The Newmatics, English indie/dance crossovers the Woodentops, live dance band Lava Lava and The Crackhead Experience (whose other members included Fat Freddy's Drop members Mu and Dallas). Benny Staples brought Auckland and Wellington dance talent together at the Easter 1998 Uprising at The Box & Cause Celebre.
