Craig Ritchie Allan lives on the South side of the city of Glasgow. He has produced electronic music since around 1994, Between 1999 til 2009 he recorded predominantly under the nom de plume 'rei loci' and collaborated with label mate and friend Jason Brunton under the name 'Methodology' on the Iridite imprint.

The Numbercult project was started in 2009, comprising a fusion of live digital animation and electronic music. As part of this project, the Numbercult imprint released 3 limited vinyl releases between 2009-2010.
