Real name: Christian Grimshei

Christian Grimshei startet as a DJ on Radio Nova in Oslo in 1991. The shows Twilight Zone and The Zone featured DJ mixes by himself and guests like Mental Overdrive (Per Martinsen) and DJ Wizard (Peer Osmundsvaag). With the DJ name Applepie he played at the biggest raves in Norway in the 1990s at venues like Rockefeller and Sentrum Scene. In 1996 the album Outshining was released on Space Echo Records. The following years Christian Grimshei was part of more than 10 releases, the most prominent being the Acid Queen album "Tranzania". After that Christian Grimshei did not parttake in any music production until 2011, when Peter's Sunrise was released. This is a digital only release featuring Peter Seelig, a composer and cellist.
