The project was founded in 1999 and is a side project by Andrew Clam. The sound of the project has evolved from noisy soundscapes and dark ambient to harsh distorted hiphop rhythms with glitch elements and experimental electronics. Such musicians as Scorn, Techno Animal, Somatic Responses had a very strong influence on the sound of the project Laconic Impression.
