Since 1991, GFS has been making music in some way, shape, or form. Originally a 3 piece funky instrumental trio, it has now grown into the musical mismash it is today. The main producers are J.Smooth and JG, but everyone and everything contributes to GFS. Known mostly for their drum and bass tracks, GFS is now exploring all aspects of their musical influences doing everything from downtempo, broken beat, funky house, and yes, drum and bass. The debut album Mount Vernon Street, came out in January 2003 on Sound Gizmo and more releases and side projects are on the way.
