Perverted (formerly as Perverted by Desire) was founded in 1984, recorded 9 albums, next to some e.p.'s, singles and contributions to compilations (State of independents, RIFRAF, Kink Konk..)

In 2009 they celebrated their 25th anniversary, 2011 brought the album Vote Reverend Greed, 2012 will be special for releasing album n°10 which will contain more perverted radio friendly material, as usual... but this time with flemish writer and activist Elvis Peeters (Aroma di Amore) and we will be using the band name 'Elvis Peeters en het Ontaard Verlangen'.
Over 25 years, Perverted performed mostly in Belgium, but also the Netherlands (Paradiso, VPRO Villa 65), Berlin, Prague and NYC
Highlights were CBGB's in 1995, listed n°4 in OOR's Moordlijst (1995), Rock Herk '98, playing with Mike Watt (Ancienne Belgique and Goes 1998), Pukkelpop 2006, backing for Grant Hart in 2008 , and of course the collaboration with Elvis Peeters and the great JMH Berckmans (rip pafke)
