Michael Robinson is a Los Angeles-based composer, programmer, jazz pianist and musicologist. His 177 albums on Azure Miles Records included 151 albums for meruvina, a name he coined for the software and hardware used to perform his fully notated compositions, and 26 albums of piano improvisations. Michael has been a lecturer at UCLA, Bard College and California State University at Long Beach and Dominguez Hills.
