Irish singer-songwriter and renowned interpreter of classic songs by Randy Newman, Warren Zevon, Tom Waits, John Hiatt, etc. Active since the mid-1970s, he and his band of the time supported Eric Clapton on his 1979 Irish tour but he has a more established reputation as a solo performer over the years. Moved to the USA in the 1990s and also lived in Australia for a time but has been back, based in Ireland for a number of years.
