Born from the rubble of an earthquake demolished city, New Zealander InDifferent has been growing from strength to strength over the last few years, developing his unique sound through releases on international D&B and bass music labels.
InDifferent to rules and style constraints, his tunes and mix sets draw on a variety of eclectic influences and unusual rhythms. Unashamedly dancefloor oriented but at the same time experimental, Dub, jungle, juke, hip-hop and soca are all thrown into the melting pot with a healthy dollop of D&B and the results are playful and full of character.
Carving a spot in the footwork/juke scene with his 2014 'Leaving Lately' EP on London's Modern Ruin Recs, while still holding his own with techy minimal D&B on Twisted Recs UK latest release alongside heavyweights such as DBR UK and Displaced Paranormals, InDifferent's development of halftime D&B riddims and 160 footwork has seen regular invites for guest mixes and growing attention from the flourishing halftime scene.
