Real name: Daniel M. Nakamura

American record producer, songwriter, and artist also known as Dan The Automator. Dan was born in 9 September 1967 in San Francisco, California, USA. He founded the independent record labels Bulk Recordings and 75 Ark, and the publishing company Sharkman Songs. For over two decades, he has collaborated with artists such as Del the Funky Homosapien and Damon Albarn or scoring films (e.g. 2019's Booksmart).
