Chilean 80s legendary new wave, reggae, rock, "The Police sound"´s band & pop group. Founded 1980 in Santiago, as Juan Carlos Duque´s band Miel (6) took their own musical path, as Duque wanted to go for a solo career, letting the band (actually Bidwell, Lizarzaburu, Aranda & Franklin, the same core as "Banda Metro") a way free to search for their own thing. Although they gave only one (but full with mature compositions) good album (recorded first in 1982 as "Banda Metro - Banda Metro"), the lack of a record company, let it staying in the records warehouse depot, cound´t published until they finally got a record contract with RCA in 1984, giving the possibility to gave it out as "Rock Total" (with almost same songs listing, but a different cover). But, then, it was too late to go for it, as they disbanded 1986 due to lack of promotion and support from the local rock scene there then.

Members were:

- John Bidwell: lead vocals (1980 – 1986).
- Roberto Lizarzaburu: guitar (1980 – 1986).
- José "Pepe" Aranda: bass and vocals (1980 – 1986).
- Eric Franklin: drums (1980 – 1986).
