Lyndel East

American country singer/songwriter. His backing band was called East Country. Born: Binger, Oklahoma. He and East Country were the house band for a time in the 1980's at Katy's Bourbon Street Lounge in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His one charting song was his own composition "Why Do You Come Around" in July of 1978, which hit #97 on the Billboard Country charts.
