Real name: Horace Alexander Burke

23rd June 1958 - 19th July 2021.

Reggae dancehall keyboard player and producer, based in the London Borough of Hackney. Working with bands like Santic and Black Slate from a young age, Ruddy was most famous for his digital tunes for the Unity Sounds label in collaboration with Red Eye.

Ruddy sadly passed away in the summer of 2021. A plaque in his honour was unveiled at a memorial event at BSix College, Clapton on 20th October 2021.
