The Padded Cell were punk rock band from Whittier, USA, formed in early 90's. They started under the name Johny Rebel And The Padded Cells and released their debut album "Chapter One: The Gale" in 1991. The band later shortened their name to The Padded Cell and released three more albums, last one being "Parched And Starving" released in 1999.
Although they are no longer active and info on them is hard to find, the band gained somewhat of a cult status in punk circles.
