Real name: Acetre

It was formed in 1976 in the town of Olivenza, a meeting point between the Portuguese and Extremaduran culture. Uniting in the same project influences of perantonis, arvolás, pindongos, verdegios, fados and corridinhos, the oliventinos became a point of reference of traditional music in Extremadura. They premiered in the record world nine years later, in 1985, with the Extremadura record on the border.
