Rosemarie Heinikel gained iconic status in Germany as Rosy Rosy and also as "the (Bust) Wonder from Schwabing." An avowed commune member, she consistently challenged societal norms. Her liaisons with Frank Zappa and Donovan were well-documented. She performed with Guru Guru and Inner Space (3). Producers like Irmin Schmidt (of Can) and Conny Plank collaborated on singles with her. Beginning in 1971, she ventured into writing and directing, producing avant-garde radio programs for the Bavarian broadcasting service. At the end, her life was overshadowed by a prolonged illness.
