Bolivian folk pianist (b. 31 December 1917 in Sucre, Bolivia - d. 25 June 2002).

Doctor Fidel Torricos' career started as a pharmacist before becoming a pianist of national folk songs. He started recording a couple of albums in 1971 with
Discolandia.
He was awarded a Platinum album by the same label 21 years later in 1992 for recognition of what he gave to the Bolivian music heritage.
