US A&R rep, manager and producer born July 26, 1948. In 1973 he joined CBS Records International in New York as a publicist. In 1976 moved to Los Angeles as an A&R manager for Columbia Records, moving up to Director of West Coast A&R in 1980 and subsequently signing the Bangles, Karla Bonoff and The Psychedelic Furs. He moved to Elektra Entertainment in 1985 as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Founded production company Signal Records Productions in 1989.
