Cecilio Serrano García (b. 1947) artistically known as Cecilio, Spanish flamenco singer and songwriter from Madrigal de la Vera, Extremadura. A former member of "Los Semáforo", "Flechas al Viento" and "Grupo Átomo", he began his solo career in 1985.
