Expanding on the spirit of early technical death metal innovators, Plague Rider explores the further reaches of the genre. Building on, as well as departing from convention, and incorporating influences from experimental music and noise, the band aims to create diverse and challenging music that defies cliché and is continuously evolving.

Frenetic guitar work crumbles into a landscape of blistering percussion and chaotic bass riffing. Varied and inhuman vocals stab through and within the instrumentation, and the separate components clash and merge into multifaceted sonic beast.
