The Twist Connection are a Portuguese rock group, formed in 2015 by Carlos "Kaló" Mendes (former Tédio Boys, Bunnyranch, etc.) on vocals and drums, Sérgio Cardoso (former Wraygunn) on bass and Samuel Silva (Los Saguaros) on guitar, they released their first album "Stranded Downtown" on October 2016, recorded and produced by João Rui and Jorri from A Jigsaw at Blue House Studios in Coimbra, in 2018 they released their 2nd album "The Twist Connection" in June, the record featured Raquel Ralha from Wraygunn on vocals on several tracks, and it was once again recorded and produced by João Rui, Raquel also joined the group as a guest on some live dates as their second vocalist and percussionist.
