Ralph Kotay
1927-2008
He was a member of the Kiowa tribe of Oklahoma. He made several albums with hymns and Powwow songs, composed the Comanche Code Talkers Organization song. He was a singer at the Red Earth Powwow in Oklahoma City for two years and the head singer for the incoming Fort Sill Soldiers at Camp Quanah Parker and Boy Scout Camp "George Thomas" for many years.
