Silvia Ofelia Urbina Pinto ( January 4 , 1928 - January 20 , 2016 ) was a Chilean singer and folklorist , with a vast career in the investigation and dissemination of Chilean folk music . She was one of the founders of the Cuncumén folkloric group and creator of the Cuncumenitos children's group.
