Chuck Billy
Chuck Billy is the vocalist of the US-based thrash metal band Testament. He joined the group when they were still known as Legacy at the suggestion of the band's former singer, Steve Souza. Billy and Souza both perform with the band Dublin Death Patrol which includes Chuck's brothers Andy and Eddie Billy.
