Decree is a Vancouver-based trio consisting of members Chris Peterson (Frontline Assembly, Delerium, Will), Ross Redhead, and Sean Lawson. This is the second incarnation of the band, originally consisting of Chris Peterson, Jeff Stoddard and John McRae for the 1996 album, "Wake of Devastation".
