Members: Ezra Saulnier, Thom Meyer, John Clooney, Emily McColgan

Cross Country started in early 2014, as the homegrown guitar-pop project of Ezra Saulnier. After an initial basement show with drummer John Clooney, the band began cycling through members, eventually coming to include Ezra, John, Thom Meyer, and Emily McColgan. Thom joined the band on Halloween 2014, after Ezra recognized him as the kid from his algebra class with the Dino Jr. shirt. Though Emily was the last member to join, she and Ezra had previously lived together, running a show house in Oxford, Ohio where the band honed their chops by frequently opening shows.
