French singer from Paris (August 18, 1901 - December 6, 1983), was married with Jacques Pills (divorced); mother of Jacqueline Boyer.
Probably the most famous french female singer in the 30's, she had an international career. She always wore a deep blue dress when she sang, so people called her "La dame en bleu" (the lady in blue).
