There were partners in music and in life. While Edith Brown niece of Jack Daniels is a Chicago singer on her own right and not as wrongly stated Kitty (Miss Kitty Grove). Like it was believed that she was together with Leroy Dandridge Miss Kitty Grove who recorded two singles on Four Brothers under the name of Sam & Kitty as quoted in the much revered book of Robert Pruter 'Chicago Soul'.
