Band members included Connie Jordan (drums), Ulysses Livingston (guitar), La Grand Mason (bass), and George Crawford (piano). Roy Porter replaced Jordan on drums for the Lamplighter sides.
Do not confuse with Chicago group "Four Blazes (or Five Blazes)", though both recorded track "Chicago Boogie".
