Chill (aka "T") is a blind poet / lyricist who grew up in the St. Bernard Projects in New Orleans' 7th Ward. Hurricane Katrina put him in the 9 near The Spellcaster Lodge and a corner store locally known as "Hot Fod". It was here that he came to know Quintron and other local musicians.
