The Boris Lyatoshynsky Ensemble of Classical Music is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was formed initially as a choir in 1964 by the choral conductor Віктор Іконник (Viktor Ikonnyk) and when it turned professional in 1973 it was called "Київський камерний хор" or "Kiev Chamber Choir". In 1992 the choir joined with a chamber orchestra to become a full ensemble of singers and musicians.
