Jo Kwan-woo is a South Korean singer and actor. He has been active since 1994. He is the son of Jo Tong-dal. A pansori singer. His second album, Memories (1995) sold over 3 million copies and is said to be one of the most successful albums of the 1990s by Korean critics.
