Pseudonym used by Vernon Dalhart, who borrowed the name of his cousin Guy Massey to record several sides that were released on the Pathé Actuelle & Perfect labels in 1924-25.
His cousin Guy Massey, is the disputed composer, or co-composer, or appropriator (depending on the source) of "The Prisoner's Song", a huge hit of the 1920s.
