Real name: Kenneth Wayne Collins
January 11, 1954, Ft. Smith, Arkansas - October 16, 2023, Salina, Oklahoma (age 69)On May 14, 1977 while on a camping trip with friends he dove into the Illinois River, breaking his neck at the 5th and 6th cervical vertebrae, severing his spinal cord and leaving him a quadriplegic.
