American violinist (born February 24, 1890 in New York, NY – died March 25, 1944 in Los Angeles, CA)Together with his brother Monroe Jockers, he formed a popular violin and piano duet that recorded for Columbia between 1914 and 1919; starting in 1917, they were regularly billed as Jockers Brothers.
