John 'Hap' Lambie
John Mason "Hap" Lambie (November 24, 1906 - October 3, 1987) was born in Troon, South Ayrshire, Scotland and emigrated to Canada as a child. He lived in Windsor, Ontario and for many years was Captain of the Windsor Fire Department. He also wrote songs and poetry, and performed at local rodeos and events as "Hap" Lambie. He recorded many of his own compositions.
