Cleopatra Madonna Higgins, a.k.a. Cleo, is an R&B/Soul/Pop singer, dancer, songwriter and actress based in Manchester, England. Since 2019, she has been working in association with Dan Clews' company, Night Owl Shows, who produce tribute stage productions dedicated to the lives and history of various artists, and musical eras, with Cleopatra starring in both 'The Tina Turner Story', and 'The Aretha Franklin Story'.
