Kubix are an industrial band from Denver, Colorado, comprised of founder Trevor Williams (vocals, keyboards, and graphics), Susan Williams (live keyboards, graphics, lights, and other stuff) and Mike Gilligan (guitars). Kubix was created initially in the fall of 2000 as a noise art project to accompany Trevor Williams' visual arts. In early 2003, Susan Williams joined and the band entered another incarnation as a live act with a wider scope than simply artistic noise. Their debut album Construct was released on Statue Records in late spring 2004, but when the label did not distribute or promote the release, Kubix decided not to resign with them.
