American recording producer and engineer (1936–2002), nicknamed Ms. Razorears, she worked with engineer Marc J. Aubort (Elite Recordings, Inc.) for 32 years. Their productions are still admired as particularly well sounding. She won four Grammy Awards, and received nine Grammy nominations over the course of her career, including two wins and five nominations for Classical Producer of the Year.
