Founded in the 1990s in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) by Nelson Freitas , Nilton Ramalho , Nelson Oliveira and Adilson Ben David , Quatro (IV) , a group of Cape Verdean origin, is an Afro-zouk/ Kizomba Boys Band , a musical style they call Ghetto Zouk. By welcoming a fifth member, Edson Freitas, Quatro then took the name of Quatro Plus or Q-Plus.
