Shinji Shibayama
Real name: 柴山伸二
Kansai-based Japanese rock musician. Released his first solo single in 1981. Was a member of pivotal Kyoto underground rock band Idiot O'Clock. Set up the independent label Org Records (3) in 1986 to release work by his own groups Hallelujahs and Nagisa Nite.
