Mexican songwriter. Félix Mario Rodríguez de Hoyos was born on January 19 in San Carlos, Coahuila, Mexico; his parents were Felix Rodriguez and Carmen Cuéllar. Most of his life lies in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, city where he started, in 1958, his career as a composer.His first work is 'Si Algo Envidio Yo', recorded by Discos Falcón and performed by 'Los Aventureros'.
