Effective period / Period of releases: 1977 - 1980

French poet, singer and musician from Normandy and based in Rouen. He's first documented as writing lyrics for Rotomagus and Punch before setting-up his own band / project in 1976: Philippe Doray & Asociaux Associes. At this time he also became an associate of Thierry Muller from Ilitch, with whom he has collaborated as Crash. Doray has worked in a similar field of industrial weird rock, fused with all sorts of Frenchness.
