Shahram (born 1948 in Tehran) is an Iranian popsinger and songwriter. He started in the mid 1960s as a drummer in The Rebels (7). He emigrated to California a few years before the islamic revolution in 1979. He is a popular artist in Iranian society worldwide and is nicknamed the Sultan of Iranian pop.
