Urgent was founded by Yvan Quiblier (lead vocals) and Stéphane Rabilloud (guitars and vocals) in Grenoble (France) in the late 90s, with the addition of Yves Delelo (drums & vocal) Didier Teixeira (bass & vocals) & Pierre Caci (guitars). The sound of Urgent can be described as melodic hard-rock, with soft touches of classic Heavy Metal and some AOR here and there... Strong choruses, powerful vocal harmonies with melodic and stunning guitar solos… The perfect mix between Pretty Maids, Eclipse and Gotthard !

For almost nearly 20 years, Urgent has released 2 LP's (Urgent - Out Of Time & Urgent - Asylum) and given dozen of gigs across Europe, opening and playing with Sister Sin, Blaze Bayley, [1143271], Nightmare, Jeff Scott Soto (acoustic version), Now Or Never, Satan Jokers…

Urgent is now back on track with a brand new record, 11 powerful songs, their most ambitious work to date, produced by Patrick Liotard (Now Or Never, Nightmare, Kingcrown, ARCHANGE…), a new booking agency - NoName Agency (Chris Holmes, Mike Tramp, Voodoo Angel…) and an undeniable desire to share their music all around the world…
