German composer.Born 31 October 1745 in Berkheim, Germany. Died 12 November 1811 in Rot an der Rot (Germany). He was baptised Leonardus Wolfgangus, but took the name Nikolaus when he was ordained. He was the 45th and last abbot of the Premonstratensian imperial abbey Rot an der Rot.
