The Whitstone Male Voice Choir
Whitstone is a small village in North Cornwall situated midway between the historic town of Launceston and the Atlantic resort of Bude on the A361.
It has been known for it's singing for more than 100 years, being represented by various musical groups during that time.
This choir was formed in January 1948 at the request of friends to raise funds for improvements to a neighbouring chapel.
Since then, up to 1972, it has given more than 850 concerts throughout Cornwall, Devon and parts of Somerset and appeared on BBC Television and Radio.
