Mulcahy, McCaffrey and Boutier, members of the Connecticut Indie Rock band "Miracle Legion", took on the name "Polaris", when they produced a series of tracks for the Nickelodeon television show "The Adventures of Pete & Pete" (1993-1996). The band had a guest appearance in the episode "A Hard Day's Pete" (Season 1, Episode 8). Their tv-names were "Muggy" (Mulcahy), "Jersey" (McCaffrey), and "Harris Polaris" (Boutier).
