Italian author, composer, also singer (Naples, 1927 - Rome, June 12, 2011), one of the most important authors of the Italian music, from the group of young poets for the renewal of the Neapolitan song in the 60s. He's as singer at "Cantagiro 1962" interpreting "'Ncopp' all'Acqua" written by Francesco Saverio Maresca with whom formed an extraordinary couple to whom we owe the timeless hits: Volevo un Gatto Nero, Il Torero Camomillo, Il Pulcino Ballerino (I Wanted a Black Cat, The Bullfighter Camomillo, The Dhick Dancer), with which have grown two italian generations.
